Theeranee Schmidt has been interested in real estate since buying her first home on Amelia Island, Florida years ago. Her passion and knowledge for real estate stems from many military relocations, which lead to purchasing and selling many homes throughout the United States.
Theeranee understands the relocation process and took her experience and her desire to assist other families to the next level and became licensed in New York for 13 years. Her experience also includes working in real estate development as a project manager, as well as marketing, leasing and management. With the latest move in 2013 to Fort Lauderdale, Theeranee has embraced the South Florida culture, community and the people.
