About Theo

Theo was born in Chicago and raised on the North Shore. She now lives in Chicago again, close to friends, family and the city she loves. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Business Economics and a Certified Short Sale Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert. She has also been ranked in the Top 1% of brokers in Chicago 2016-2021.

Theo believes this career never lets you forget why you have two ears and only one mouth. “As a broker, it’s our job to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help clients prioritize their needs to get the job done.”

After 11 years in the business, she has a loyal following of current and former clients as well as strong and carefully curated relationships with fellow realtors. Her reputation opens doors to showings, deals, and lifelong relationships that are rare in the business. She understands that buying a home isn’t just about four walls and a roof — it’s about a lifelong partnership with her clients from the first phone call discussing their wants/needs to years after their closing helping them find vendors, painters, local daycares and more.

Her energy, enthusiasm, knowledge, and wisdom are keys to her success. Whether it’s a short sale, pre-existing home, new construction condo, or a 100-year- old Evanston Victorian, Theo recognizes that this may be the single most significant purchase a person will make and strives to make the process smooth and joyful. For sellers, it can be one of the most stressful times in their lives and she aims to take as much of that stress off their plates as possible and to make the process both profitable and enjoyable.

After getting her license in 2009, Theo worked for one of the North Shore’s most successful brokers and aided in closing over $100 million in sales before starting her own team. To date, she has sold over $150 million and has participated in the sale of over $300 million throughout her career.
