About Theodore

Ted has recently been appointed president of Traditions Building Group, a leading Cincinnati homebuilder that specializes in building upscale new construction homes in dedicated Traditions-designed and branded communities. An award-winning, well-established company, Traditions Building Group is known for upscale, high-quality home design, community planning and design, sales and marketing, and customer satisfaction.

Ted has long been a key member of the company’s leadership team, previously serving as senior vice president, and has been with Traditions for over 25 years. He plays a comprehensive role leading, managing, and overseeing the operations and construction of Traditions Building Group’s single-family detached and attached luxury lifestyle residences. He oversees and works closely with TBG’s building team of construction professionals as well as the sales team. With a strong finance and accounting background, Ted also provides management and oversight for the building company’s financial operations.

Ted’s history in the construction industry spans over 35 years. He was born into the industry as his father was a self-employed custom home builder, with whom Ted learned from and worked with from a young age. He is a graduate of the College of Mount Saint Joseph, where he received a B.S. in accounting and finance.

To add to his comprehensive skillset, Ted has also earned his Realtor license to serve as the lead real estate agent for Traditions.
