My brand serves a diverse market of clients, ranging from real estate investors to persons looking to purchase/sell real estate, or needing to build their personal credit to prepare for a large purchase. We specifically assist investors with acquisitions as well as providing property restoration & general contracting services in an effort to build communities, one home at a time. Outside of assisting investors with their investment portfolios, I'm also the founder of The Building More Development Group, a non-profit which focuses on providing real estate development and resources to urban neighborhoods.
As a licensed Realtor with EXP Realty, I've listed and sold homes in distressed areas as well as in suburban communities. Depending upon what the need is for my client I aim to provide value. Based on my experience with my other real estate adjacent businesses , I apply that knowledge to any given scenario presented by my client, be it a buyer, seller or investor.
