Theodore Sonner

Teddy Sonner brings extensive entrepreneurial and international business experience to Long and Foster. Raised in the DC area, he has studied and lived in various parts of the country and the world.

After working in DC following college, he moved to Japan. In Tokyo, he completed a Master's in Economics and founded a very successful international importing company. Here in the US, he has helped start several businesses and can speak German, Spanish and Japanese.

Teddy has had a lifelong passion for real estate. After selling his own company based overseas he returned 15 years ago and has been involved in various aspects of real estate since.

His world wide business experiences have made him a skilled negotiator, given him a deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction - not only with their transactions but ensuring that all participants are informed and supported throughout the process.

Teddy's reputation and worth ethic has made him a top producer in his office and the firm. Further, as an agent he has represented a wide variety of people including local business owners, politicians, diplomats, and professional athletes.
