Theresa was absolutely wonderful. She was responsive and took exceptional care of us during the entire process of selling my parents' house. She went above and beyond when it came to taking care of the details. She was even willing to help meet with plumbers and carpet installers and the utility company since I live out of town. In short, Theresa is caring and helpful and terrific.

Out of town move.. solution: she faced timed usevery house!! Worked great. Found a good one. Husband flew down for the inspection. I am in LOVE WITH MY HOUSE!! Theresa has been my realtor for 6 transactions now. This last one was a humdinger. Two alpha male investment buyers wanting the property, trying to sabotage one another. One tried to pull out, but came around when I asked for the earnest money. Theresa was caught between a tiger and a lion. And the lamb that she is came out of the gray untouched. I will always turn to Theresa for any real estate ventures I have.

Theresa went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We had to leave our home vacant due to certain circumstances and she checked on our home when the weather was bad and coordinated with the contractors when we needed repairs but couldn't be present. She was informative and professional about the whole process and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. We would use her services again if we weren't leaving the state.

After meeting with her during a quick visit to Oklahoma that same month, she continued to check in with us over the next 5 months as we continued our decision-making/moving process. Theresa was referred to me by a realtor in Tulsa , where I reside . From the first moment we spoke she was attentive, well versed in the trials of a probate process involved in the sale of my late brothers home in OKC 100 miles from where I am in Tulsa . The process with COVID was lengthy with the courts and she was professional and patient , everything was almost effortless on my part all the signing of papers were done via internet and they used remote notaries and the house sold in less than 12 hours ! If you need your realtor to do the following things (you found her!):

- experienced
- honest
- accommodating
- knows the area
- knows true value and fluff
- quick
- knows all the right people
- works at any time for you
- will get to know you and your family to suit your needs
- Nothing! And I mean Nothing gets by her! She will be at inspection, everything!
- moving is stressful, she helps along the way checking in
- can say no to you, in the benefit for you in the long run...that is really hard to find. Most people just say yes to whatever the buyer or seller needs...she is truly in it for your best interest!

We had Theresa for a sale and purchase of a home. We have had many realtors in the past. Now we do not intend to move anytime soon, but its a no brainer to use her as YOUR AGENT! But if we were to move, Theresa gets the phone call asap!

The most personable realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Hard working and energetic. Theresa met with us several times at a moments notice. She let my wife fall in love with our new home at her own pace. As a result my wife also developed a true sense of appreciation for all Theresa did from the initial showing through closing. So much so that there was no question who we used to list our previous home. And it was under contract in 11 days. All this because she answered the phone outside of normal business hours, gave me directions twice to our new home and met me within an hour to show me the property. Gonna miss her but will search her out if we ever have need for a realtor.
