I've known Theresa for 15 years, and she's bought and sold houses for me. She is incredibly responsive, professional, diligent and analytical. She does all the research necessary to prepare a buyer or seller for maximizing value. She knows the Atlanta market really well and specializes in Cobb and Fulton. Theresa is awesome! She did everything in her power to make the process of buying and selling as simple as possible, advised us how to stage old house for maximum effect on potential buyers, handled all the details, always available to discuss things as they come up.
