Oh yeah! I love these guys. Listen, you want people that are down to earth, have experience in the housing market. They have 20+ years in the Portland area. In such a tough market Brian and Theresa will go to work for you. They will find the all the specs and details you need, they are up front with you and let you know what you're dealing with. Theresa helped me find the perfect house and to sell my old one for good prices. She listened to my priority requirements and steered me away when they weren't there, pointing out things I wasn't looking for and communicated the process for both buying and selling. She negotiated good terms on my behalf and made what could have been a stressful process actually fun and enjoyable. In all my varied transactions with Theresa, I have felt a sincere interest and concern that everything was done to my satisfaction. Theresa deSousa was simply AWESOME! She was great at guiding me through the prep and sale of my residence and it sold the first weekend! Since I had made 3 offers on other homes that weren't accepted, I was getting a little panicky that I wouldn't find a home to move to! Plus, I was pretty specific on what I wanted. But, Theresa persevered and we put the pedal to the metal and I found a new home that was really just what I wanted! Theresa was fun, but professional, knowledgeable without being condescending and a hoot to work with! I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs! 5 STARS!!!

Theresa did a outstanding job helping us sell our house. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had about the process. She would get back to us quickly if we had any questions. We always knew were we at in the process. After the house inspection we needed to have couple of contractors come in and fix some problems.
