Theresa is a very patient person! I first contacted Theresa by phone regarding a mountain home I was interested in seeing about 4 years ago. I was not in a hurry to buy. I had certain conditions in mind. But we finally bought a place! Theresa did not write me off as a lookie-loo over these 4 long years. Theresa and her team made my first experience with shopping for a home easy and fun. They were highly communicative, ready to see a property when I was in town, were patient with me, and didn't put me under any pressure. When I was ready to make an offer, they acted swiftly and got the offer accepted within a few hours. I was very taken care of in the escrow process, with clear and consistent communication. After the inspection process, I was no longer comfortable moving forward with the house, and they were able to unwind the forward momentum with ease. Alonso Corrujedo is my realtor in Lake Arrowhead. The process of finding and buying a vacation home for my family could not have been easier because of him.. Alonso offers his analysis of each property we visit, pointing out the benefits and shortfalls of each house. That helped me make my choice, but that is not all. After the purchase, Alonso has been crucial in helping me arrange for the help in repairing and furnishing the house. We just closed on our dream mountain property, and we have Theresa to thank for the attentive and responsive service she provided. She always gave us honest expertise as a mountain home owner who has many years of experience selling in the area. Upon our first meeting (via Zoom!) she shared with us all of the things we needed to know about owning a home in the mountains, and then she thoughtfully walked us through the inventory with careful precision. When we found the home we thought we wanted, she immediately arranged for a virtual tour so that we could make an offer. We closed in one month - record time in these days of COVID-19, and at all times Theresa stayed in constant contact with us. She was reassuring, but also realistic. She arranged many of the services since we live out of the area. You want an agent who will work hard on your behalf, but also will tell you the truth and make sure you know exactly how things might play out. She is detailed and thorough in her work, and will now be a lifelong community member. Our Realtor, Theresa Grant, listed our Running Springs cabin and took over like a professional whirlwind! She made sure all our t’s were crossed and our I’s dotted so we’d be ready when a buyer came along. We didn’t think it would happen so fast, but the day after the professional photo shoot we got a full-price offer! We sold our home with about two days on market, for what we wanted, and closed escrow quickly and easily. We are experienced buyers and sellers in California, and if we were ever to come back to the mountain, Theresa would be the first person we’d call.
