This was our first time buying a house so naturally we were very anxious. Theresa was attentive and did a great job walking us through the process and even explained what to expect afterwards. I really appreciated Theresa's honesty and patience. Initially we were gonna put a bid on the first house we saw however Theresa encouraged us to shop around and if we still loved the first house she would draw up the paper work. Im glad we listened to Theresa because we obviously we found nicer homes that were a better match for us. Working with Theresa was a great experience, I honestly felt like she had our best interest at heart and didn't feel pressured by her. Theresa was very thoughtful and always made sure to maximize our time or communicate promptly if an issue came up. Working with Theresa was effortless, thank you Theresa for helping us find our forever home.

Theresa is great to work with! My wife and I purchased our first home with her help, so needless to say we had tons of questions. Theresa was always available to answer our questions no matter how trivial they were, and she showed us homes in several different cities without complaints. She was very informative, pointing out nice qualities and even bad qualities that my wife and I may have looked over without her there. We would definitely recommend working with Theresa as your real estate agent.
