For the past three years, Theresa has spent part of her time working onsite with Longleaf Woodstock, an active adult community with 86 home sites. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Theresa's first career was in advertising, where she was a senior media buyer for J. Walter Thompson. Responsible for negotiating the best rates for television, radio, and print advertising for her clients, Theresa has used the skills acquired at JWT in her real estate career, as well. The ability to negotiate the best possible deal for her buyers and sellers is a duty Theresa takes seriously for each and every client.
In her spare time, Theresa likes to visit her son and daughter-in-law in Virginia Beach - her son is a Navy pilot and can't get back to Atlanta often. Theresa also loves to spend time with her daughter who is a creative director living in Wellington, Florida. Theresa enjoys tennis, live music events, yoga, sporting events, and interior design.
