Originally from Arizona, a collegiate basketball scholarship is what initially introduced her to Denver. Over a decade later, her family still loves calling Denver home. After a few years on the commercial real estate side, she made a switch that allowed her to dive into the personal connections she loves making with her clients.

Theresa’s goal is always to take the often-overwhelming process of buying or selling a home (or both!) and create an enjoyable process. She believes education for her clients is the key to a smooth transaction and she loves spending the time to field your questions and address any concerns.
