Therese has been involved in the real estate business for the past 24 years and has lifetime sales in excess of $145,000,000.00. She has the patience and focus to worked with multiple clients, having interacted with over 525 client/homeowners, while Marketing Director of a Builder. In this capacity, she worked closely with appraisers, attorneys and municipalities regarding variances, zoning and permitting to aid in the attorney approval process.

While launching seven new home communities, Therese was responsible for formulating ad campaigns, newspaper advertising, web, and community relationships, giving her the unique experience needed to market your home. In addition, Therese has designed and decorated 10 model homes, giving her the intimate knowledge to expertly stage and present your home for sale in the best possible light.

Born and raised in Libertyville, Therese has resided in several other communities, including Grayslake, Hawthorn Woods & Vernon Hills. In addition, she also helped develop communities in Gurnee, Kildeer, Lindenhurst and Antioch. This gives Therese the keen insight on not just how a community works, but how the entire County works and plays. As a caring professional who raised her twin daughters in Libertyville for the last 19 years, Therese is completely understanding of the intricacies of family life. She is actively involved with a golf, bowling, and a member of St. Joe's Church. Her husband is local Remodeler and also does business all over Lake County.
