Therese Seraphine

Teddy Seraphine-Leonard lives in Topanga California. She is a realtor who began her career first with Coldwell Banker. She worked with Keller Williams for 10 years before joining Re/Max Estates. She has specialized in real estate on the westside of Los Angeles. Single family homes, income properties and development opportunities. She brings 14 years of experience to real estate and prides herself in finding the right fit for her clients.
Ms. Seraphine-Leonard was born in Chicago, and has lived in California, Colorado, and Hawaii. After attending the National College of Education, she supplemented her studies at UCLA. She has always gravitated to helping children wherever she has been, which includes forty-eight states and nineteen countries. After raising five children of her own and working briefly at an orphanage in Nepal, Ms. Seraphine-Leonard lives in Los Angeles where the Boys and Girls Club has become her main focus. She served for 5 years on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Venice, California. Serving as President of the Board of Directors from 2009-2010. She is now involved with supporting many of the different Boys & Girls Clubs in the greater Los Angeles area.
