I can not say enough about working with Spartan realty and Thespian. My journey started a year ago when I was looking to sell my townhome and buy a stand alone property. They came over and spent a lot of time talking to me about the market and the value of my home. Life changed and I had to put off my plans for a bit....

But when October hit, we went full steam. The plan was to find a home I liked and get an offer and put my home on the market. I didn't have the ability, with my dogs, to go into temporary housing while I looked.

Thespian never doubted he could do it. He was amazing, patient, and always there for me anytime I saw a house on the MLS. We looked at a lot of house and then one day at midnight, a property went up. We jumped and got the first showing! Thespian ran home to write up an offer, he helped go over all my options and how to present the best offer.

The property owners were not the easiest to work with but after a lot of back and forth, my dream home was undercontract. Which mean we had 2 days to get my townhome on the market!

Two days later, my townhome went up for sale and we got multiple offers day one! Before I knew it was under contract and we didn't even have to make it to the open house!

I couldn't have asked for a better team! This was a huge project. Thespian handled it well, stood strong and negotiated everything so I got the best possible deals on both sides!

I'm now in my beautiful dream home and I don't know if anyone else could have made it happen!

Thespian is great. He will show you 1000 homes and not pressure you at any point to settle. Excellent experience and excellent care.
