Thom Knowles

Thom Knowles is an experienced commercial real estate agent licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. My extensive corporate training and experiences have educated him on how to team up with colleagues, complete high level projects and meet demanding deadlines. My diverse background, not only in real estate, but in other positions as well, allow him to blend well with different types of personalities, manage difficult situations, and deliver the highest level of customer service.

Within the commercial real estate space, Thom is especially skilled at managing assets, property management representation of local and national banks and lenders with REO/distressed properties. I am also experienced in investor relationships and portfolio management, seller and buyer acquisition with both private and government appropriated funds, and land acquisition for commercial and residential development.

Both inside and outside of his career, Thom makes having fun a priority. He enjoys smoking BBQ, college sports, motorcycle touring, classic cars, and banana plants! He is also a volunteer at Operation Breakthrough and a Board Member at Avenue of Life.
