As a lifelong resident of Bellevue, Tommy Boguch is passionate about the Pacific Northwest and about helping others make their home here.

Tommy's approach to real estate puts equal emphasis on integrity and tenacity. Always armed with the latest market data, he is known for his ability to think on his feet, come up with creative solutions and anticipate potential obstacles. He is a hard worker and deft negotiator, but more importantly, he brings a confident sense of calm to the process.

Tommy believes in the wealth-creating power of real estate and knows that a home is not only a place to build memories, but an important financial investment. Inspired by his father, Tommy entered the profession immediately after college. He has become a go-to resource for everyone from first-time buyers, seasoned investors, to sellers. It is no surprise he has been averaging an impressive $12 million a year in closed transactions.

Tommy and his wife are both proud Washington State University graduates. Tommy serves on the board of Excellence in Motion, a nonprofit focusing on community service personal/business development. As an avid sports fan, he can often be found cheering on the Cougars, Seahawks, Mariners.
