Thomas Bonner

Born into a "real estate family" in the UK, Thomas demonstrated an early indication that he would follow the family tradition by preferring open house tours to theme parks on childhood visits to Orlando.

After school Thomas studied Real Estate Management at Nottingham Trent University before beginning his career in the cutthroat London residential market. Despite his young age Thomas achieved some success and in 2004 was offered a position with Knight Frank in the Cayman Islands.

A hybrid commercial/residential role saw him working with both individual home sellers and commercial developers resulting in him needing to hone a much more diverse skill set.

A family Investment in Regal Real Estate Professionals brought Thomas to Central Florida in 2014 where he has gathered momentum steadily and has now personally closed over $80M worth of residential real estate in addition to being involved with several conception to fruition multi-family high-end development projects.

In 2020 after the merge of Regal Real Estate and Premier Sothebys, Thomas decided to use this as an opportunity to embark on a new journey and joined the world-renown brokerage Coldwell Banker here in Winter Park.
