Thomas Butler

Thomas Butler is a lifelong resident of Kentuckiana. He moved away for a year, but loved the area so much he returned! Thomas graduated from Atherton High School and then the University of Louisville. He spent some time working in the social work field. He has always had an interest in real estate and real estate investing. Thomas joined Semonin Realtors in 2020 and loves being a Realtor.

Thomas focuses on residential housing. Selling and buying for owner-occupants and investors. He enjoys to look at houses so is always up for showing. “It's fascinating to see the compounding choices people have made when setting up their home for living.”

Thomas enjoys reading (and Audible) when he is not negotiating the sale of a home. He also is a regular visitor to the gym, trying to stay fit.
