Tom is a successful Real Estate Broker in Corning, New York. He has been in the field for 12 years. He has been on the President’s Council for 8 years and is in the top 7.5 % of agents in the Corning-Elmira Board of Realtors designated area.

Tom was the owner and operator of Rico’s Pizza with three locations for 20 years prior to entering the real estate market. He has a B.S. in Business Administration in Marketing/Management from Elmira College and still has an active New York State Real estate license.

He and his family recently relocated to the Wilmington N.C. area, and he is excited and motivated to share his expertise in business and real estate to buyers and sellers in North Carolina!

Tom specializes in residential, investment properties, and land sales. He is a Senior’s Real Estate Specialist for the 55 years and older

clients who may be looking for that perfect second home or retirement home. He will collaborate with his clients from start to finish providing support throughout the entire time and has a particular strength in ensuring follow through.
