I’m a little biased, but father/son relationship aside, there’s nobody I’d hire faster for home renovation/remodeling. His standard of care is “would I happy with this work if it were my own home?” and he does not compromise on his standards. Additionally, his expertise in home improvement coupled with a deep understanding of the Ohio real estate market make him an invaluable and uniquely positioned real estate agent. Someone able to guide buyers and sellers through a smooth transaction with no unwanted surprises.

Tom is a great realtor to work with! As a lender, I work with many real estate agents in the industry and Tom's extensive experience is very apparent. He also has a wealth on knowledge about construction which any buyer or seller would appreciate when he takes them to view houses or is listing a house to be sold.

I had made an appointment with another realty via the web. On the date of the appointment the realtor did not show up. I decided to visit the Remax in Wadsworth site and after reviewing the realtors there I chose Tom Coffman. I decided I could deal better with a man. I was correct. Tom was very helpful and great to work with. He did not get the opportunity to find my next perfect home as we were moving to an apartment. He did get my house sold in 3 days after putting it on the MSL. I enjoyed working with Tom and would recommend him to my friends and already have.

I haven't dealt with Tom as a realtor but I have known him for about 40 years. As a fellow policeman and racquetball adversary and partner I can say he is as honest and responsible as they come. I have never recommended anyone for anything but I do stand behind Tom.

Working with Thomas Coffman as my realtor has been a great experience. He truly took the time to help me find the right house that truly fits my needs. Every house we went to I could tell he was truly going to help me find the perfect house and not just try to sell me something. We spent a lot of time looking over houses on walk throughs and he pointed out lots of little problems I would of never noticed. My wife and I were connected with Tom entirely by chance after seeking additional information concerning a home we were interested in looking at and possibly purchasing. What an incredible difference it made to connect with a realtor that actually cares about what he does, and the people he represents.

We toured some 10 different homes with Tom over the course of a very full day. He was unlike any other realtor you'll ever come across, keeping things light during the process, but also being open and honest to the point of telling us, and I quote "I'm not going to let you buy this house" when he spotted serious defects with the property. He could just as easily have tried to rush us (first-time home buyers) through the process, but the humor, the insight from his construction-based background, and his complete understanding of our home-buying needs made him an absolute pleasure to interact with.

Our day ended with us finding the home we had envisioned in our heads. We had ended our search with Tom for the day, but called him after stopping ourselves to look at one final property, hoping he might be able to show us the home. Tom was actually grocery shopping at the time, but to our surprise, he went out of his way to meet us not 15 minutes later to show us the property. We walked through the home, toured the nearly 2-acre lot, and decided almost right then and there to make an offer.

Through the negotiation process, Tom was every bit as impressive as he was during the showing phase. He kept in constant contact with us, answered all our questions, and continued to show us that we'd stumbled upon the best realtor we could've imagined.

Tom literally lives on the same street as we will be living in April 2020 after our closing date. We are thrilled that not only did we find a great realtor, but we also made a friend, and that could not have not made for a better outcome. The number of stars (5) aren't enough for a guy like Tom. Do yourself and your home search a favor and connect with him. You won't regret it.
