After moving from Hawaii for my wife's new job, Thomas represented us in the acquisition of our first home purchase in Tennessee. We were so pleased with the service he provided, we trusted him to find our next dream home five years later; and he delivered. We loved the log home he found so much that we thought it would be our forever home. But, unfortunately, our circumstances changed 20 months later. So again, we created a long list of "needs" and "wants" for our next home and, to our great surprise, Thomas delivered absolutely everything we asked for. He also helped us sell a lot we purchased as an investment and managed to earn us a much welcomed return on investment two years later. Suffice it to say, Thomas has been a huge part of our life over the past 11 years and we have become close friends. We trust his friendship and expertise in real estate so much that we always refer our friends to him.

Thomas Duff did a remarkable job helping my wife and I find the perfect farm for our wedding venue. We had very specific features we were seeking and Thomas patiently showed us property after property over a period of TWO years!! Most realtors would have dumped us thinking we weren't serious, but Thomas patiently continued to help us. We finally found the perfect location and Thomas spent hours looking over the property with us. This property came with a home and 3 large metal barns, so it took a while to look over all the structures. Thomas helped us even further by finding us a mortgage lender who is expert at VA Jumbo loans, and a home inspector. He walked us through the negotiations with the seller, answered all our questions at closing, and welcomed us to our new farm. I highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a property. He's uncommonly patient and possesses absolute integrity.

Our family just wanted to thank for everything you have done for us. We were on our last leg when we were referred to you. You stuck with us thru out the whole short sale process and instead of just selling our home you saved it by getting our mortgage modified. I don’t know of any agents that would do that much work to get a modification and not get paid. You saved our home the day before it was to go up for sale on the court house steps. For this my family is eternally grateful. There are no other agents even close to your professionalism and kind heart.
