Thomas Duffy

Tom has been a top commercial real estate Advisor for 30 years, and now specializes in investment properties of all categories in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He was the #1 agent at Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty in all divisions in 2017, and was ranked #4 nationally amongst commercial Berkshire Hathaway Affiliates. He has twice served as President of the NH Commercial and Investment Board of REALTOR®s(CIBOR) and the New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE). He is a past REALTOR® of the Year with NECPE.

Tom is Board Chair of the Pawtuckaway Lake Improvement Association, a 501c3 charity focusing on conservation. He has previously served as Board Chair of the Ukulele Kids Club (another 501c3 organization) and continues to serve on the Advisory Board.

Tom loves living on Pawtuckaway Lake and enjoys playing and singing with The Effengees and the Southern NH Ukulele Group. He also loves pretending he’s a kid with his grandchildren.
