Life's been an adventure! As Buckminster Fuller said: "The only reason that I'm as smart as I am is that I've made more mistakes than anyone else . . ."

For twenty five years I've built — homes (one in Santa Fe), barns, fences, boutiques, schools, hospitals, and hangers for the Air Force.

Flown — three years as a bush pilot in the Canadian Arctic.

Taught — Art Center College of Design plus Motivational Psychology for Arizona State and Thunderbird Business School.

Photographed — medium and large format landscapes some of which I got real money for.

Sold — development lots, art and sculpture for Images International (Hawaii), and cars for Honolulu Ford.

Organized — Honeywell, Motorola, Caterpillar plus a few construction companies accepted my direction.

Grown — farmed and ranched in the Canadian West.

And learned — a Master's in Psychology and Social Anthropology from Colorado State, a diploma from the Burklyn Business School, a Certificat de Langue Françaises from University of Paris (La Sorbonne), plus ongoing technology, organizational design, and project management training.

My professional background includes management, sales, design, and organizational development within complex technology environments, and complex social environments. In addition to expertise in successfully nurturing multiple projects including taking the general management role in a multi-million dollar construction company on the verge of bankruptcy and turning it around, I have excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. I understand design, projects, systems, and social organizations (of all sizes from couples to nations) at a fundamental level.

Finally though, at this point in my life, I am more interested in being helpful to you in achieving your real estate goals. What does helpful mean: do you want someone who knows the area? My first Santa Fe residence was a tiny adobe off of Canyon Road in 1983. Since then I’ve become familiar with Santa Fe’s people and traditions. Would you like help in locating the best resources to evaluate your drainage, septic, and easement questions? Are there water-rights to support your quest for a sustainable garden or hay production?
