Thomas Fendley

As a Laguna Beach resident for twenty-three years, Don knows the ins and outs of the neighborhood better than most. Before he began his real estate career, Don worked as a registered nurse in emergency rooms and Level 1 trauma centers throughout Los Angeles, New York City, and Orange County. He also worked on an elite neuro-interventional stroke team, giving him proficiency in areas that would later be invaluable when entering the real estate field, including superior communication and critical thinking skills, empathy, and attention to detail.

After his time in nursing, Don went on to obtain his real estate license and spent the next two decades buying, selling, and managing properties. His knowledge of the Laguna Beach area is unmatched, and he offers an insider’s perspective into the nuances of each of the city’s unique enclaves.
