TJ was so helpful in helping us find our first time home (condo). I had an extensive lists of "musts" and he was always able to provide options that met my wish list and stayed in budget. He was available whenever we needed him through text, email, phone call or in person. TJ was also able to direct us to lenders and attorneys he had good experiences with which made the whole process much more manageable. I would recommend TJ to anyone searching for their next home. We were interested in a property and went on the Berkshire Hathaway website requesting information and within minutes TJ answered our inquiry and from then on he showed us homes that he thought would be of interest to us and actually found the home we are now living in and we absolutely love it! He also sold our previous home and his professionalism and kindness worked hand in hand! I would highly recommend TJ to anyone because he went above and beyond and to top it off is honest and a nice person to work with! I will be recommending him to family and friends!

I've ran through so many Realtors when looking for a home but no one was as professional and passionate towards their job than TJ. I met TJ at an open house and I took a business card. There were so many times TJ tried to help me find a home and even though I told him I might not be in the market for looking for a house anymore, he still worked really hard to sending me listings in case I was eventually interested. I told him so many times I feel like I'm wasting his time and even though I said that, he still worked hard to help me find a home. He would send me listings every now and then even though I stopped looking and eventually we ended up finding a new home for me. I'm on my third night here and I can honestly say I love this place so much. And it's all thanks to TJ. TJ is very responsive to messages and very professional. He knows what he's talking about and if there's any issues going on he will solve it on the spot. Tj only didn't become my realtor, hevbecamenw good friend.

I was shopping around for a house around the suburbs and I needed help finding one that fit both my wants and needs. My friend hired Tj for his house and I've heard great things about him so I asked him to help and he ended up being one of the coolest dudes, he was constantly answering my dumb questions and whenever I wanted to go see a property he was always willing to go the day off. I'm glad my friend referred me to Tj because I would still be looking for a house!

Highly Recommended! We listed our home with TJ in Glenview last fall. Our house was on the market with a different agent for over 7 months- no activity. Right away, TJ's professionalism and attention to detail was evident. He gave us some pointers to get our home ready for the market and brought in a potential buyer within days! We had an accepted offer within 72 hours at FULL asking price!! Throughout the entire process, he was supportive and resourceful. My family will definitely be using him in the future!

I recently just closed on a house with TJ's help. I had gone through multiple agents at this point and was starting to get frustrated with the entire house search process. TJ and I met just at a random open house and he was very open to trying to help. Throughout the entire process he made himself available and stayed diligent in keeping up with my search criteria and still suggesting places regularly. He was never pushy and always tried to answer my questions and requests as quickly as possible. I appreciated his efforts and that's why I'm now a new home owner.
