Thomas did a wonderful job helping me fine my home I live in MD he was Virginia Beach and he stayed on top of things for me He went out and look at houses for me like he was buying the for his self he sent videos to me as he was walking around the house. I must say he is the best at what he does he is family to me now and I thankful for him a lot for fining me and my family a wonderful home

Liked the way Mr. Gross took his time and kept us up to date on the purchase of our new home. He answered every question we had. He clearly goes above and beyond to help someone. He explained every step in detail. If there is one person I would trust in buying a home again i will reach out to Mr. Gross. Can't thank him enough for making things so easy for us.

After making the wonderful decision of using Thomas Gross as our realtor, my wife and I will never use or recommend another realtor again. From start to finish, our experience with Thomas was absolutely extraordinary. We chose to sell our home and buy a new one in one of the toughest markets in recent memory. I am confident that without Thomas it would have been a horrific experience. From day one, Thomas worked at all hours to find us the best listings that not only had the items on our needs/wants list, but also had considerations we hadn’t even thought of yet. The communication was top notch and I felt like I had full access to reach out with any questions or concerns that came up. On the rare occasion Thomas didn’t have an immediate answer, he found one quickly and painlessly. His knowledge in the field is obvious and he generously shared it with us, teaching us along the way. Thomas maintained a positive attitude at all times and helped us work through some disappointing offers while constantly helping us improve them. In the end Thomas was able to help us get into our dream home in the perfect neighborhood. Every inspector, lender, and resource Thomas recommended has been fantastic as well. I truly felt like Thomas gave us the same care and attention he would have given to any of his family members. We truly appreciate him and if I could give Thomas Gross more than 5 stars, I would.

Thomas is a great Realtor and an Honest person who looks out for your needs. He has extensive knowledge on Military relocation. He has been in Hampton Roads for over 10 years and knows the area very well. Do not hesitate to give him a call if you need to buy or sell.
