Thomas Harrington

Thomas returned to the South Florida in November of 2013, after working with The Devonshire Group a multi-faceted real estate group based out of Champaign, IL.

Thomas is originally from Champaign, IL, a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has a passion for commercial real estate. He started his career in focusing on retail strip center development, commercial brokerage and management. In 2008, Thomas relocated to Peoria, IL to manage the Coldwell Banker Commercial office focusing on retail / medical office brokerage and mixed-use student housing development.
Thomas’ experiences provide him the opportunity to add value to his clients through his expertise and understand the different perspectives and goals of most parties to a transaction.
