Thomas Hilal

A lifelong resident of the Los Angeles area. He grew up in South Pasadena and attended UCLA majoring in Communication Studies. He has been an agent with Nourmand & Associates for 12 years. With a mother who worked as a real estate agent and father who was a real estate developer, Thomas feels real estate is practically in his blood. Thomas combines his passion for real estate with a deep commitment to servicing his clients. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the real estate industry and empathizes with how stressful and anxiety inducing the process of buying or selling a home can be. Thomas prides himself on walking his clients through the entire buying/selling process. In his spare time Thomas enjoys traveling, (he has been to 78 countries), exercising and spending time with family and friends.
