I have extensive knowledge of the home market throughout Eastern/Northeastern Greater Cincinnati. Areas of specialty include Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Eastern Hamilton, Highland and Warren counties.

I work closely with commercial clients to provide space and market analysis, occupancy strategies and lease/purchase evaluations, ensuring that my clients attain both the flexibility to manage a variety of industrial needs while achieving optimal financial results. With excellent market knowledge and experience, I'll provide a real estate solution that saves time and resources while exceeding service expectations.

Prior to joining Koogler-Eyre Realtors, I was a Senior Director in a major aviation manufacturing company, where I spent over 30 years. Over the span of my career, I was responsible for operations management, business development, sales and marketing, manufacturing management, supplier development and facilities management. I have worked with most domestic and international airlines, US Government, Fortune 500 corporations and many small, privately held manufacturing companies throughout the world.

Additionally, I am a real estate investor with holdings in Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. I have been in the short-term rental business throughout the Smoky Mountain region for many years.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio and a member of the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors.
