My husband and I were determined to find a home that checked all our boxes & thanks to Tom’s patience, knowledge & incredible service, we found our forever home in Bay Village! Tom treated our home search as if it was his own. We never felt rushed, he always went out of his way to quickly secure house showings for us, and we always felt like he had our best interest at heart. During every house showing, he always served as an extra pair of eyes and ears, pointing out repairs we should note or highlighting beautiful accents of a home we might have overlooked. We highly recommend Tom. We worked with Tom to buy our first house in September and October of 2022. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things a buyer needs to know about a house (e.g., what to look for during tours, red flags, ballpark costs for replacements/repairs/renovations, etc.) as well as the various neighborhoods and suburbs around Cleveland (e.g., he knows many local regulations, which areas are appreciating in value, etc.). Tom is also kind, a great communicator as your deal proceeds towards closing, and is able to connect you with a variety of people to assist with the buying/renovation process. We recommend Tom to anyone in the Cleveland area interested in buying a house, and plan to work with Tom again in the future!

Tom does a wonderful job watching out for his clients! I recommend Tom!!! He is very knowledgeable about home construction and all the contractual details that can be daunting for the buyer. Call or text him, night or day and he responds- very responsive. I knew if he didn’t answer it was because he was with another client and could leave him a voicemail and he would get back to me in a very timely fashion. He watched out for me like family. My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Tom as we were looking for our new home. After months of looking in this crazy market, we purchased our home with the guidance and knowhow that Tom displayed during other showings and bids. This post is long overdue. I did not set out to work with Tom, it happened purely by accident, but I'm so glad our paths crossed! I initially did not think I was in a position to buy a home and responded to a few ads for rentals in Lakewood. One of them was with Tom and Tony Kazanas and they didn't just ask if we liked the place, they asked what our goal was after the rental. I admitted my fiance and I were saving up to buy our first home and they provided me with resources to pursue that goal immediately. Tom found exactly what we were looking for in our budget and helped up secure it quickly. When we had questions, he was responsive and transparent when he needed to seek advice from his seasoned father. As we went through the process he began to anticipate our questions and quickly got one step ahead of everything.

We absolutely love our new home and had the best experience working with both Tom and his father, Tony Kazanas. When we are ready to purchase our next home we will not hesitate to reach out.
