Thomas Kern

Thomas specializes in sales and leasing of commercial offices, retail, warehousing, land and commercial investments. He serves both the Napa and Sonoma markets. He represents both Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenants. In the past 25 years, Tom has acquired many properties as the owner of Northrup Properties Corporation, including a substantial warehouse-to-loft conversion project in Portland's Pearl District. Adding to his overall business and finance experience, Tom has also built several businesses from the ground up, selling each of them successfully.
