Thomas Lahrman

I first obtained my real estate license in 1972 and have held a license in both Virginia and Ohio. My real estate experience is diverse and includes home sales, commercial real estate sales, and the management of apartment communities in most states east of the Mississippi. As my experience suggests…real estate has been the center of my professional life and I am proud to offer that experience to you as either your listing or buying real estate agent.
I have completed all of the courses for the Graduate Of Real Estate designation and have been a member of the Independent Fee Appraisers Association. My strong background in both construction and maintenance includes being responsible for the renovation of nearly 8,000 apartments. I have been associated with communities that have received national and local awards for design and landscaping.
My hobbies include entertaining the grandchildren, fishing, swimming, home remodeling and gardening.
