Thomas Lynch

Actually, Thomas did not start his career in real estate. The majority of his 35 years in business revolved around negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts for the U.S. Government and major aerospace companies in Southern California. It was there that he fine-tuned his negotiating and project managing skills. He started his real estate passion buying and selling his own properties in Los Angeles County. He then parlayed that into managing property for several of his clients in the Los Angeles area.

Thomas recognizes the value and trust his clients place in him. He is a skilled listener, and always follows up on open issues. A local resident of San Juan Capistrano, he specializes in all south Orange counties properties. His other activities include travel, gardening, and pickleball (not in that order!).
