Thomas Manning is a California native through and through and has spent the last 20 years living in Orange County. The only thing that brought him out of this beautiful place was the opportunity to play football for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he completed his bachelors degree in Sociology and graduated in 2017. He then promptly returned home to start his Real Estate career for Legacy 15 Real Estate Brokers.
Real Estate is a career that has come natural to him with the combination of being a people person and with his love of seeing the ever evolving homes. His openness and willingness to help, paired with excellent communication and valued knowledge of the current real estate market, makes him a Realtor you can rely on. One of Thomas' most important qualities is that he likes to express his passion for helping others and he is able to do that over and over again by working with new families.
When Thomas isn't helping families find their dream home or getting inspiration from other Southern California areas, he enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, golfing, finding a new hot spot for dinner and drinks, or enjoying a beach day.
