I worked with Tom during the buying and 3years later selling of my house. He was quiet, but intentional. Responded to me quickly, answered all my questions without hesitation, respectful of my time, gave advices when necessary, and all around made both buying and selling experiences smooth sailing and rewarding. Even from miles away, he’s was very hands on when needed and assuring. I will forever be grateful to Tom for how stress free I felt.

Tom made the home buying experience easy and painless. He advocated and fought for us, and without him, we would not have gotten the house we fell in love with. Tom told us what we needed to hear, not always what we wanted to hear, which I really appreciated. He was always easy to contact and quick to respond to my texts, emails and phone calls. He removed the stress from the home buying process, which is impressive in this home market. I cannot recommend Tom enough.

Tom was absolutely amazing, so amazing that it was kind of sad to part ways after settlement lol. We felt so at ease and cared for with Tom. Tom listened to everything we said, and literally found us our dream home. Tom was great. After had passing through 6 Real Estate Agents, I was so discouraged and I decided to ask him to see his property. He was ready right way. He was pleasant, calm, humble and straight forward. I like the way he works and the house, and I asked him if he would not mind to be my agent, dual agent. And he accepted, and walked me through the whole process. It was my first home. I had no clue, I was overwhelmed and want to give up and he handle what had difficulties. I was able to be at work and do all paper work online. He was always ontime with everything. I met the seller, that was also very pleased with him as well.Tom was understanding and very cooperative. It was a pleasure and fortunate work with him.

Tom was extremely helpful and accommodating in purchasing our first home. Walked us through the entire process, didn't pressure us to buy anything that wasn't the perfect fit, and was happy to take us to see every home on our list.

We hope to live in our new home forever but if not we will definitely go back to Tom when the time comes.

Tom was just excellent in helping my boyfriend and I during the process of buying our first home. From day one he was supportive, patient and genuine.
