Thomas Martinez

Tom has been involved in Real Estate since 1993 beginning in California. He moved to New Orleans in 1998 and began to purchase, renovate, and sell real estate here and in the surrounding areas on his own. Not only has this helped him to establish a personal understanding of the local real estate market, but this experience has also helped him develop an eye for the potential of property in terms of condition, price, and location. Now, as a realtor, he has carried this personal knowledge and experience in matching the right property to the needs of his clients, be it investors or first-time buyers.

As an investment property owner, Tom has gained firsthand experience in property management services. His quick and timely response in addressing his clients' concerns have helped him established an astute reputation which has resulted in an extensive portfolio of referrals from past and satisfied clients.

Originally from California, Tom followed his lovely Southern wife to New Orleans in 1998. They have two beautiful daughters and have become happily absorbed into the New Orleans community and culture.
