Thomas Melchionni

Thomas currently lives in Beesley's Point but grew up in Southern New Jersey. Thomas graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in English. Thomas has been with Monihan Realty since 1989 and in 2002 became co-owner. Some of his accomplishments include multi-year as a Platinum and Gold Club member, Thomas sat as the Secretary on the Ocean City Board of Realtors. Real estate is a dynamic and ever-changing field. Thomas likes to use the knowledge he has gained in law, finance, and psychology to help him build strong relationships with his customers. There is a great opportunity to meet interesting and diverse people that become lifelong friends. Thomas has enjoyed watching people who bought and enjoyed their home. His hobbies include photography, golf, gardening, pilates, biking, hiking, and fishing
