Our experience with Tom was beyond exceptional, he never showed us any homes that didn't meet our wishlist, and it came down to small details which he delivered above and beyond on in finding our new home. I felt like he listened each time we saw a property as we narrowed in on our needs and it took him no time to find the right one. He worked seamlessly around our schedules and his attention to our home buying process was incredible- we highly recommend him to anyone in search of their next home. It has been one year since we made the offer on our home and we still rave about how great Tom was to our friends and family.

Tom was VERY helpful. Tom came to the rescue to show us the unit we eventually bought, because our first realtor cancelled last minute.

Tom was very knowledgable about the area, the process, and guided us masterfully with our offers. I never had to worry about whether or not Tom would be responsive - always answered his phone or replied with a text.

I very highly recommend Tom for your real estate needs. Great guy, and even better real estate professional.

We moved to Jersey City in Aug 2017 , during a hectic time as a buyer near NYC. I was referred to Tom through a friend's referral, who was also a buyer in the area 1 year prior. Moving from Alabama, Tom was able to provide us unwavering customer support, as well as educate us on the nuances of a cross state move. Working with a wide variety of sellers, he was able to understand our needs and wants, ultimately resulting in our dream home. I will not be moving anytime soon- but if I were to, I would not hesitate to work with Tom again.

Tom is hands down the best realtor I have experienced in my years of searching for properties for all purposes. Be it a rental, a purchase or an investment, his knowledge and awareness of the real estate market in the Hoboken/Jersey City area are second to none. Tom Misuraca is a young but wise, smart but humble, dynamic and self motivated/driven real estate guy I ever met or worked with. I had been searching for a real good real estate agent and I spoke to several agents to see who fits to my needs before I met Tom. I want to spend time on this search as I am looking for a long term. I started getting few listings from Tom as my wife & I registered in online for house listings. I spoke to Tom the very first time for one listing. I misjudged him passion with his sales pitch. I thought he was trying to sell me some house as soon as possible to get his commission. But I soon realized that I was completely wrong about him. I noticed that he pays attention to my requirements and feedback I gave him on listings he was sending me. He is on top of my requirements and sent me the perfect listings and that’s the best part working with Tom. I strongly believe not all agents have that skill. That helped me save a ton of time and purchase my house so fast. At one point in time, I felt like he is literally reading my mind and knew what I would respond to a specific listing.
I know I am very hard to work with as I am a very detailed and thorough person. I bothered Tom a ton of times during the whole buying process, but he kept his composure all the times and explained me all the process. I honestly and completely give credit to Tom for my house purchase that I recently closed. Without him, I wouldn’t have bought that house by now. He is a great fit for first time house buyers and for experienced investors as well.
There is no doubt that he is so passionate and BEST at what he is doing. I feel I am so fortunate to find him. I know for sure he is my real estate guy for life and excited to work with him for next one soon. I have already started referring all my friends and family to him. If anyone wants to be in real estate rental business for long term and looking for a real estate agent, Tom and Misuraca group is the BEST fit for you.
