Tom sold our home in May 2018. We had already purchased our dream retirement home in California and needed to sell our house quickly. This was just at the beginning of the housing market boom. We had lots of competition with houses going up for sale daily to take advantage of the increasing demand. We listed our house on a Thursday, had an open house Sunday and the house was sold Sunday for over our asking price! Everything worked out perfectly and Tom was the perfect person to sell our house!
