Additionally, he has completed various Coldwell Banker training classes on negotiating the sale, rules of the Agency, and Fair Housing.
Throughout his career, Tom has earned several awards and designations, including being a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. He has been a licensed Realtor for 30 years and was once recognized as 'Rookie of the Year.' Tom also received the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2016. In 2002, 2005, and 2009, he achieved the International President's Circle status.

As a resident of Bridgewater Township for twenty-two years, he possesses extensive knowledge of the community and its various internal organizations.
On a personal level, Tom has been a resident of Somerset County for twenty-two years and holds over 33 years of corporate/management experience. He has a working knowledge of all phases of home construction and remodeling, both structural and cosmetic, and a detailed understanding of Home Inspection related issues and resolutions.
