Tom has been a great help with several home purchases over the last few years for multiple family members. Buying a house can be very stressful but Tom helps to alleviate any anxiety by keeping you well informed as to what to expect in the buying process as well as not overlooking potential problems that are not easily seen by the buyer. I would happily use Tom next time!

Mr. Otis was wonderful to work with. We were a particularly difficult client as we were buying from out of state and had one weekend to find a home. We visited tons of homes in just two days and Tom was more than happy to do so. He NEVER pressured us to go out of budget which we very much appreciated. He also showed us several homes and interested us in neighborhoods outside of what we were originally wanting as we were not having much success. Tom seemed to have lots of knowledge about the houses and I felt we got a mini inspection as we were doing a walkthrough which was extremely helpful. He, in several ways assisted us with things outside of his job description when difficulties arose due to being out of state with the bank paperwork, and also helped us draw up a lease and get it signed with tenant after the purchase. We will be using him again when our parents sell their house. Thx Tom!
