Thomas Owens

Mr. Owens is responsible for providing legal counsel to the Galesi Group of companies concerning the wide range of their business activities. Before joining the Galesi Group, Mr. Owens had served as general counsel to publicly-traded companies, private businesses, and government entities with a significant emphasis on real property and corporate structure/governance matters. He is also a licensed patent attorney. Prior to starting his legal career, Mr. Owens served as a submarine officer in Admiral Rickover’s Nuclear Navy. Following submarine duty and qualification as a nuclear engineer, he worked in Washington, D.C. as a private consultant for the U.S. Departments of Energy and State on matters related to nuclear safety throughout the Former Soviet Union.
