I am a lifetime NJ resident with over 35 years of experience servicing the NJ Commercial Real Estate Market.
In 1987 I started a boutique Real Estate Firm which serviced local businesses and the corporate clients I had previously worked with when I was a team member of a Real Estate Development Company which developed, owned and managed over 1,000,000 SF of corporate office, warehouse and flex space throughout Northern New Jersey.
In August 2008 I continued expanding my business when Peter Scrivo joined the firm as a Partner.
Peter & I increased staff and our scope of services supporting clients looking for space such as:
