About Thomas

Thomas started from humble beginnings, growing up in Lancaster, CA. At an early age, he already knew he wanted to get into real estate and own property. Unlike most people who seek college after high school, Thomas went after his real estate license, which he earned in 2007. In 2013, he started his own team, Paulauskas Realty and in 2014 became a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Since then, Thomas has been featured in Real Estate Magazine as Top Producer and had a guest appearance on HGTV. Owns seven rental units and bought, remodeled, and flipped 7 single family homes. He also found time to write The Guru Guide to Sell Your Home, but do not let his work ethic fool you; he is very much a family head.
Currently, our team consists of four additional agents and an administration team that keeps our business running and growing.
