Fantastic. Amazing. Professional. Personable. Relatable.
My mother, a senior citizen, needed a home closer to me. She was moving from out of state.... and Tom ABSOLUTELY took amazing care of her. Tom made it effortless, completely effortless. My mother was so grateful for me finding Tom to be her realtor. So, thank you, Tom, for that!!!!
I cannot even begin to image all the magic that was worked behind the scenes, but I feel like it had to be a lot. Mom had to sell her home (out-of-state) and then purchase a home here. And I was instantly worried how this was all going to flow... however, any issue that we happened to run into, Tom took care of it. She was able to flow from the sell of her home to the purchase of her new home with ease. That was because of all the work Tom did for her.
Tom was able to answer all of her questions (even if they seemed unnecessary), suggest great locations that meet her wants and needs, and treated her respectfully and patiently. Not having bought a home in many many years, Tom was able to explain the process and managed to suggest great options for all of the necessary requirements (inspection, etc). Tom also was able to give solid advice and suggestions during negotiations for my mother so she clearly understood what was happening every step of the way.
We had no idea that we would have to lean so much on our realtor. But we truly did. Tom made us feel like we were extremely important. And my mother is truly happy with her new home, the process, and the kindness that she was shown every step of the way.
I completely recommend Thomas Robbins. It will be an amazing experience.

Tom was just what I needed to help me find a home! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and devoted to the hunt.
Thanks to him, I now have a home I love in a safe neighborhood with everything I need for happy, comfortable living.
I couldn’t have done it alone and he gives the best pep talks! I almost gave up and he gave me hope. I got angry and he soothed my frazzled nerves. When the tears flowed he said just the right thing. He even called to keep me posted while he was on vacation. The main thing is, he never gave up and helped me not give up.
Thank you Tom for making it so much easier to survive all the craziness of buying and selling a house!

Thomas Robbins is the best in the business!! He has been with me since the beginning and he helped me find my perfect home. I fell in love with this home when we toured it and he began negotiating through the entire process. He and I looked at several homes and together discussed the pros and cons of each. He was always straight with me, if he thought a home was not in my best interest he would be quick to tell me. He was always patient with my endless questions and always able to provide answers. He was never pushy, he genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect home. He has a great number system that works like a charm. The home he helped me buy is a 9. I have recommended Tom to colleagues and friends. I recommend him now to anyone looking for a spectacular realtor that has your best interest in mind every time.
