Mr. Roberts answered our questions and concerns. He is very professional, and gets the job done, as he has for us in the selling of our Co-Op unit. I used Tom Roberts when I was looking for my co-op in Yonkers, in 2011-12. I drove him crazy with lists of properties to see, due to specific criteria that I needed. He never complained. He got us in to see them all. As a first time property owner, his experience and knowledge was so important to me. I told him that when I was ready to sell, I would call him. He was easy to find as he keeps in touch with his clients.

Forward 2020 and COVID: I am in the very high risk group. Tom was able to help me through the sale of my co-op: virtually. By the time I was ready to put it in the market, I had moved out of state. Tom handled everything, the lawyer, the (prospective) buyers and their agent(s). I just closed on the sale today. He made the whole process very easy.

I cannot recommend Tom Roberts highly enough.

If you're buying or selling in the Westchester area, you should call Tom Roberts.
