Thomas, made the whole experience, a great one.
We came up with a plan and stuck to it, he was able to attract a very large viewing base, which of course translated to a sale. We had two potential sales break down on the buyers end, but, we knew we were in capable hands, Thomas was finally able to bring the proceeds to a timely closure. He stuck to the plan and got us the results that we expected.
His photographer also deserves a special thanks as well.
All in all a great experience, would highly recommend Thomas to any potential home buyer/ seller.

Thomas Schoenbeck was an outstanding realtor from the first time we met him and hired him to sell our home, Thomas stated that he could sell the home in 60 to 90 days in which he was able to do. Thomas was very diligent in everything he did he placed our home on line using numerous web sites and sent us weekly updates along with how many views were made on line along with how made times people went through the home.
