Thomas Werbe

Tom has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Thomas Werbe has worked in residential and commercial real estate, including commercial buildings, single family homes and multi-family projects valued in excess of $75 million.

Throughout his career, Thomas has been involved in every aspect of real estate, including acting as a building owner, property manager, project manager, sales broker and leasing broker. He has worked all sides of transactions, and is known for his dedication to his clients, his trustworthy and hardworking demeanor, and his skill as a team leader.

Thomas is a licensed Real Estate Broker, is a member of both the San Francisco and San Mateo County Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

With deep ties to the Bay Area, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Notre Dame DeNamur University, and is an active community volunteer through his work with the Marine Mammal Center, Surfrider Foundation, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
