Thomas Whitehead is a great realtor. He helped us in the process of buying our home and he was very professional. He made us feel like we were working with a very close friend and made us feel good about our purchase. He didn't come off like a desperate house merchandiser. He didn't pressure us to buy. He helped us remain calm throughout the process and made the transaction as worry free as possible. He was very insightful and was open to share the history and information about the home we were in the process of buying. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a home.

Thomas promised he would be there every step of the way; he did not only that but plenty more! Thomas is very responsive regardless of the time of day/weekend etcetera. He helped avoid an unnecessary re-finance and was very understanding with my needs when showing the house. He even helped me with crating my dog Luna while I was at work so buyers could see the property! I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is a very good agent who goes the extra mile and genuinely cares about his clients and their needs.

We used Thomas to find our first home/investment property. The process took a while (6 months) since we had strict specifications for Atlanta, but Thomas was very helpful throughout the entire process. He had leads for lenders & contractors, and also gave us a lot of insight on the home buying process. He never tried to rush us into a sale - in fact, he even pointed out things that we didn't catch, like stains in the ceiling that stemmed from roof leaks, or foundation issues that we didn't see. The knowledge he obtained from his past in construction helped us eliminate homes that exceeded our repair budget. He's very easy going, professional & personable. Great experience!

Thomas was very helpful with our whole experience. Thomas was knowledgeable and personable. He did not hesitate to ask the builder for specific details that we wanted for our home. I feel like he really went to bat for us. I would highly recommend Thomas to any of my friends and family.

Thomas Whitehead helped me purchased my first home in Georgia. The bank we were dealing with was slightly unreasonable but he was able to negotiate and get the deal done early. He has great relationships with people in the real estate business and was always able to move the home buying process forward. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
